Online course access can begin after payment has been confirmed. EFT orders may require manual activation by TDMI before access is granted.
Most TDMI courses are open-ended. Unit Standards courses have a set access period, so check the course information before enrolling.
Yes. TDMI provides online course material so students can study around work and other commitments.
Knowledge assessments can be marked automatically, while practical assignments are reviewed manually by an assessor.
You can review the material and try again. TDMI’s stated process allows repeated attempts until the required pass mark is reached.
Where an assessor identifies an issue, feedback can be given with an option to correct and resubmit the work.
Certificates apply to relevant courses and are intended to be made available through the student portal after the required course work has been completed.
Depending on the course, students may need to upload documents such as an ID, CV, qualifications or practical assignments.
Some courses have entry criteria. TDMI screens many students before enrolment, so contact the team if you are unsure which course applies to you.
TDMI’s supplied policy states a 15-day refund period from the date an order is placed. No credit is provided after this period.

Yes. Training videos can be paused, rewound, played at different speeds and resumed from a partially watched point. Video downloads are not provided.

Yes. TDMI’s student platform is intended to show course progress, assessments, assignments and completion information to both the student and the administration team.
